LOGIN HELP

To use the secure areas of the DOS website, you need to login using your Membership No. and password.

The Membership No. should include the hyphen e.g. M-777, else you would not be able to login.

If you do not have a password, you can request one, by clicking on the Forgot Password?, link. You need to provide your registered e-mail ID (the e-mail ID, that is on the records of DOS), and your password, will be mailed to this e-mail ID.
